Payments

All payments must be made through our secure online portal. 

A payment equal to 50% of the health certificate fee is due prior to the initial phone/video consultation. This is non-refundable. The remaining payment as well as all additional fees are due at the time of the in-person exam.

Please ensure you put your pet's name and your last name in the notes section.
